The one thing that really irks me with invitations is when the party/wedding giver puts confetti in with the envelope. There is nothing more frustrating than opening an invitation and having confetti explode all over your floor. Please for the love of the heavens, don't put loose confetti in your invitations. Be creative!

Creative Alternative if you just can't live without confetti:
For your wedding programs:
1) Create a pocket in the program that can hold a small envelope
2) Fill that small envelope with confetti
3) Write toss me on the envelope
4) Write a note on the pocket that instructs guests to throw the confetti at the end of the ceremony
5) Have ushers handing out the programs remind the guests of the confetti

Note: Be aware that the ceremony site may require you to clean up the confetti, so talk to the venue before hand! You don't want extra surprise charges!
