My first piece of advice is to skip expensive computer wedding planning programs. I bought a program on a discount and they just have pages to organize vendors and they send reminders for your appointments. However now you can use your phone, ipad, etc. to set reminders for appointments! Additionally, you can't file away papers, contracts, swatches, business cards in computer program.
Just be old school and use file folders and binders. Don't forget to keep important emails filed away in your inbox!!
